Shipping Policy
Shipping Prices are $25 in Metro Melbourne for all product orders and orders are made by local courier or by Australia Post.
We do not refund for courier and delivery costs when you are returning items.
Return & Exchange Policy
For Refunds
To obtain a refund an exchange or to repair a purchased product from Brighton Coffee machine Services including those products which carry a manufacturer’s warranty you must have proof of purchase.
If we cannot be satisfied that you purchased the product from us then, under the law, we are entitled to reject the return of your product.

What should I do if I have changed my mind and want to return a product?

Please choose carefully as we do not normally accept return of goods where you have simply changed your mind or have chosen poorly.
A restocking fee of 25% is applied to all returns and on special order items not held in regular stock, we may also need to charge return freight to our suppliers. We cannot accept returns on used equipment nor of equipment without packaging or in opened packaging. Return freight to us is payable by you.
